Finals are right around the corner and it’s important to keep the stress away. Although it may seem impossible, it’s important to relax during dreaded finals week. Before you know it summer will be here.
Here are some of my go-to stress relievers.
- Yoga- or any of your favorite exercises
- Going for a walk
- Sitting outside- spring weather is a nice distraction sometimes
- Mini-breaks between study sessions- give your brain a rest
- Food and water- life essentials, but it’s important to eat healthy and stay energized
